Audio therapy

The power of sound is tangible. Think about how intrusive sounds can affect your mood, usually creating irritability or even physical discomfort. The opposite is true of pleasant sounds, natural or man-made. Think about how you feel waking to a slight breeze and birds chirping, or crickets at night, wind blowing through the trees, ocean waves…when surrounded by nature we immediately notice the relaxation these things encourage, our bodies resonate with positive sounds. It has been extensively documented that intrusive sounds cause us harm and that positive sounds create relaxation, balance and happiness.

There are specific musical notes that strengthen and balance our chakras and auric field,  resulting in better emotional and physical health. This form of healing music also brings about a natural state of inner harmony.

There are a lot of choices out there when choosing relaxation/healing music and finding the right ones can be a chore. It’s taken me years to find the following CDs.
