A colortherapy essential. One of the original and most effective colortherapy treatments is to shine light through colored glass or plastic directly onto your chakras/energy centers. Charka alignment crystal keychain consists of thick plastic chakra disks, a flashlight and a clear quartz crystal. Simply shine the light through a chakra disk while holding it directly over its corresponding center and this will balance and revitalize it. Same process for all seven centers. The crystal can be used to balance the crown chakra and to intensify any colortherapy effect. Also, use it on its own as a pendulum. A pendulum can be used to clear and balance an energy center by spinning it over the chakra counterclockwise and then clockwise.
