Single note essential oils can be used on pressure points and/or directly onto your energy centers. They help to create balance and harmonize and strengthen your energy systems. I encourage you to smell each oil in the morning and/or night to see what you are drawn to and wear at that moment. As an added bonus, I have been energetically infused these oils with healing reiki energy and positive intention to bring health, love and happiness to the wearer.

They are also natural perfumes that can be worn alone or used together to create your own unique fragrance.

Special caution: bergamot/happiness and orange/joyful are phototoxic, meaning it is sensitive to light so please be careful when using these oils on parts of your body that have direct contact with the sun.

I suggest using these as a pressure point fragrance or in your bath. They work well with the Epsom salt bath and can be used to renew the scent of any drawer/hanger pillows. I personally like to mix sensuality with soothing, and happiness with balance. It’s fun to create your own blends. Let your intuition lead the way. It’s also nice to lightly sprinkle them on your bed pillows to send you off harmoniously to dream land.

All seven oils come in 1/4th oz. bottles and are cut with coconut oil so that you can safely use them directly on your skin. But, as with any essential oil always test the oil on your skin first to make sure you have no allergic reaction.
