A very helpful and informative book on how you can take charge of your own healing process. It discusses cellular memory, which is a very important topic because I don’t think most of us realize how our muscles store all our emotions, and memories as well as toxins and how important it is to release these things on a regular basis. It beautifully explains the nature of reality and how healing takes place.
