Return Policy
Exceeding Your Expectations

General
Cristina’s Energy Center’s goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we have established the following customer-friendly return policies:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in a “like-new” condition within 14 calendar days of the shipment delivery date for an exchange or full-refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain products, as noted below.

Please note, refunds will be issued for the product price amount(s). Initial shipment fees will not be refunded, however a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you when returning products.

The shipment delivery date is signified by the date indicated on shipping companies' delivery confirmation receipt.

All exchanges, return requests, or shipment packing error notifications must be reported to a Customer Service representative within seventy-two (72) hours of shipment delivery via email.

Please understand, shipping costs incurred for the return of the product(s) will be at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
  • Items that are abused
  • Consumable items, such as blended oils, salts, and the like where more than half of the product has been consumed.
  • Opened computer software, movies, music and other items contained on any electronic medium (such as CDs, DVDs, Tapes)
  • If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive a credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section)
  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

How to Exchange or Return a Product
Prior to returning products for exchange or refund, customers must contact Cristina’s Energy Center to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To ensure seamless processing, no product returns will be accepted without a RAN.

Please Contact Us to initiate an exchange or return. Please be prepared to provide:
  • Order Number
  • Date of Order
  • Last 4 Digits of Your Credit Card Number
  • Reason for Return

Upon request, a RAN will be will be emailed or mailed to you.

Exchange and Returns Timing
Within 2 business days of the date of receipt of a RAN, merchandise must be returned. Once Cristina’s Energy Center has received the exchanged or defective product, you will be issued a credit and notified via email. As you can probably understand, if Cristina’s Energy Center does not receive this returned items within 10 business days, we will be unable to issue a credit for the exchanged or returned merchandise.
All returned products must be in original, unmarked packaging in like-new condition. If product is stated to be defective, the defective product must be returned in the condition received in original, unmarked packaging.

Upon notification of a request to exchange merchandise, replacement product will be promptly shipped as promptly as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery after we receive your returned product.

Customers returning items for refund will be refunded monies via the method in which the product(s) was initially purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing and refunding. Please remember, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your credit card account.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.

Cristina’s Energy Center reserves the right to alter or modify this return policy at any time and shall accept returns and issue refunds at its sole discretion.
